Luigi Figini and Gino Pollini (1940)

These houses resulted from a long study process on the typology of houses for workers. They were promoted bytwo architects from Milan in various projects and studies since 1934 with the aim of shaping Ivrea, as the industrial city. These buildings, like the ICO Officine, are considerably well-known among professionals and intellectuals, that debate about modern architecture before and after War.
