Oggi questo saporito alimento &amp;ldquo;povero&amp;rdquo; &amp;egrave; diventato una ricercata ghiottoneria da riscoprire e gustare cruda o cotta, fresca o stagionata, come prelibato antipasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Questo saporito salame viene consumato fresco o dopo una stagionatura brevissima, crudo (affettato o spalmato su crostini),unito alle uova nella frittata o al forno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
